BlockBeats News, September 9th, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas posted on social media, stating that the Rex-Osprey DOGE Spot ETF (code name DOJE) is expected to launch on Thursday, but it will be issued under the Investment Company Act of 1940, similar to SSK. There is also a large number of projects following the Securities Act of 1933 still awaiting approval from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This is likely the first intentionally assetless ETF in U.S. history.
